Gloria Mancuso

Gloria Mancuso is the Co-Founder of Finex Learning, with over 10 years of experience working with global investment banks and financial institutions across different industries including inhouse training and now public/private data. She started her career in sales and account management to then move into customer success where she currently covers a leadership position. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and one in International Relations and has lived and worked across 3 countries notably Italy, China and now the UK.

Gloria's interests and specialties include Customer Success and Retention, Learning & Development for Financial Institutions, Capital Markets, Market Data, Building Strong Teams, Leadership.

Dilip Mysore Prabhakar

Dilip Mysore Prabhakar is the Co-Founder and CEO of Finex Learning, bringing over 15 years of experience in advising global investment banks and financial institutions on financial training and upskilling strategies. He has a proven track record of collaborating directly with clients to achieve successful learning outcomes.

Dilip has held various commercial roles, specialising in the design and delivery of in-house learning solutions for global financial firms (including Fortune 500 and S&P Global) across the UK, EMEA, US, Canada, and APAC regions. His extensive experience includes significant sales and business development achievements in the capital markets learning industry, notably serving as a Director at London Financial Studies.

He holds a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
